Making A Purchase
could not be easier. Just browse the site,
select your size and colour combination if appropriate and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If
you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card
company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We show Euro prices
as a guide on our site but the currency charged is always Pounds Sterling
We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit and Solo cards. We
do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not
charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via
phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet if you select the option to send

Shipping And Handling You will be shown the exact shipping charge before you confirm
your order. The P&P charge varies with weight and we fix most Tshirts at
200gms including packaging and hoods and sweats at only 500gms, which is less
than their actual weight. After a weight of 1 kilo for UK shipping and 2 kilos
for all other destinations we do not charge you any more. Over 2 kilos outside
the UK and we send your order in an additional package (at our cost) as this is
the maximum weight permitted by the royal mail per package.
All packages to all destinations require a signature on delivery and
the
charge for this service is included in the postage and packing charge.
This is for your protection as without a signature at your delivery address
there is no assumption of delivery
We only allow delivery on the site to the same address as that to which your
credit card is registered. Email us if this is not convenient and we may be able
to make alternative arrangements.
To give you some examples on P&P
costs: one t shirt sent to a UK address will cost £1.10 for
post and packaging, 2 t's will be £2.00 and a vinyl single album £1.75. The same
items to Europe will be £4/£4.50/£5.00. To the USA the cost will be
£4.95/£5.75/£6.85. |

Delivery Schedule
We aim
to send your order, unless its out of stock, within a maximum of 5 working days
and normally within 3 working days. First class post in the UK should arrive the
next day, continental European orders normally take 3 to 5 days to arrive and
for the rest of the world allow 5 to 10 days after despatch. Please do not
hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your goods within these timescales.
If your item has not been received and signed for ( we will ask the Royal Mail for proof
of delivery) then of course we will simply replace it for you.

Back Orders
If your item
is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not ship
substitute items unless you instruct us to. |

Tax Charges
For orders
made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added and is shown on all
online prices. All other orders are VAT free and will not be charged at check
out stage. You are responsible for the payment of ant import taxes levied
by your country's authorities. |

Credit Card Security
All
credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site. |

We do not
disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping
site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected
an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store
your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

| Returns Policy
If you
are not satisfied with any items then please notify us that you wish to return
the goods within eight days of your receipt of them. We will then issue you with
a return reference number which will help us to ensure your return is processed
correctly. Please then return the item to us in suitable packaging. You will pay
for the cost of returning the item. If the returned item is in good condition and
in the case of audio recordings despatched shrink wrapped to you IS STILL
WRAPPED then we will either send a replacement if you so request at our postage
and packing cost or credit you in full including the original post and packaging
cost. If any item is faulty then please contact us and then make the return as
above but in this case we will supply you with a replacement item if available
and full credit if not and we will also credit the cost of the return post.
